PAPER PRESENTATION

Rules To Be Followed      

  1. Topic must be technical innovative idea or innovation in technical Research Education and Extension
  2. The Paper Should Select from Good Journals like IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier Journals may be consider
  3. Conference papers from IEEE and Springer Papers May be Consider
  4. Maximum power point presentation slides should not exceed 25 Slides
  5. Paper Should include Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology and Results
  6. Paper should contained 70% graphic (pictorial illustration) content and 30% text content to describe the topic.
  7. Maximum 2 Students are allowed in a batch for presentation
  8. The Maximum time allowed for the presentation is 15 minutes
  9. Jury and Audience may ask the questions on the presentations

POSTER PRESENTATION

Rules To Be Followed      

  1. Topic must be technical innovative idea or innovation in technical Research Education and Extension
  2. The dimensions of your poster should not exceed A2 size paper (approx 25×18 in) in length.
  3. The heading should have letters at least 35mm high listing the title of the poster, for author’s name, institution and its location have letters at least 30mm high. If necessary, please shorten the heading.
  4. Lettering for text and illustrations should be at least 15mm high so anyone can read it from 1m distance.
  5. Poster has contained 70% graphic (pictorial illustration) content and 30% text content to describe the topic
  6. All illustrations (graphs, pictures, figures, tables) should be large enough for easy observation. Matte finish on graphs or pictures gives better visibility.
  7. The Maximum time allowed for the presentation is 10 minutes
  8. The Maximum time allowed for the presentation is 15 minutes
  9. Jury and Audience may ask the questions following the oral/poster presentations.

CODING QUEST

Rules To Be Followed      

  1. The contest is open to anyone with a knack for programming
  2. It is a team contest with each team having a maximum of two members from the same institution
  3. The Context is based on Coding (Programming with C/C++/JAVA/PYTHON) And Debugging Derby (PYTHON) (we will give the Python code the team has to identify the errors and make the code to run)

Rules To Be Followed      

  1. Maximum 2 members per group
  2. Students have to design a web-site on any one of the specified topics and present it to the judges. Decision of the judges will be final
  3. Students have to finish their coding within 2 hours and best designed webpage or site. The winners will be decided based on following criteria

    • Correct spelling and grammar
    • Good use of content chunking
    • Adherence to copyright laws

    Section 2: Aesthetics

    • Visual appeal and style
    • Consistent look and feel
    • Readability
    • Minimalist design

    Section 3: Design

    • Adherence to HTML standards
    • Effective navigation and working links
    • Effective use of multimedia content
    • Browser compatibility
  5. Web pages must be fully functional in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome web browser

TECHNICAL QUIZ

Rules To Be Followed      

  1. Quiz will be on Python programing language
  2. Mode of quiz will be online
  3. Quiz comprises 40 questions which includes multiple choice and fill the blanks
  4. Duration of quiz will be one hour
  5. All of you must enter your details carefully in the online form
  6. All of you must submit your responses within specified time
  7. In case if you fail to submit, your answers will not be recorded
  8. Students with the same score will be evaluated based on the least time of submission.
